H&H Eyecare arrived – I saw, I visited … it was great!

On my first visit to H&H Eyecare I had high expectations and was not disappointed. The high-tech experience of all the examinations was impressive. The experience left me knowing that my eye health was being looked after.

Looking through all the available choices for eye glasses can sometimes be a little overwhelming. My experience was enhanced by the expert care that was taken for my final choice. Face shape, colouring and lifestyle were all a part of the discussion. I purchased the first pair of spectacles that had been recommended. Everyone also commented on how great the frames looked.

At last a real optician! I needed an eye test and called at the new H & H Eyecare next to Waitrose on Draybank Road.

Their state of the art equipment and caring expertise found a problem with my eye and within hours I had been referred to the MREH and was being treated there.

Not only is their test more extensive than I have ever had but they have an amazing range of frames and service second to none.

I decided to pop into H & H Eyecare out of sheer intrigue whilst walking passed en route to Waitrose. I must say that I am extremely happy I did and was very impressed with the range of frames they had in stock. The shop has a very relaxed atmosphere and the owners, Khal & Susan are lovely people to deal with. They are both very professional, though extremely friendly and made me feel that nothing was too much trouble. I decided to make an eye test appointment for the following week.

Khal, who undertook my eye test, was very thorough with his “state of the art” equipment. I would have to say that his attention to detail, whilst explaining to me what each test entailed and what he saw on the monitor made me feel very confident that he knew exactly what he was doing to high level.

I ordered a lovely pair of glasses and was given options of choices on various things. The price was very reasonable and the service was highly professional. Both Khal and Susan are very warm and welcoming people and made the whole experience very pleasurable.

I cannot recommend them enough and will certainly be returning in the future.
