Christmas is all about giving and this Christmas you can help ‘Give the gift of sight’ too. Throughout December H & H Eyecare will donate £10 from every eyecare consultation to Sightsavers, a U.K. based global charity dedicated to eliminating avoidable blindness.
According to statistics, over 39 million people around the world are blind, but 80% of this blindness could be prevented or cured. Sightsavers aim to help these individuals, particularly in the world’s poorest countries where there is no access to eyecare.
Owner Optometrist Khal said, “There are millions of individuals around the world who are unnecessarily blind due to an eye condition that is easily preventable and in many cases curable.”
